We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping to nearly any address. However, please note that some products have restrictions and cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order online or through our customer service department, the estimated delivery time will depend on factors such as the destination, shipping method, and the time the order was placed.
Please note that due to the components of a simulator package (weight, size, material, fragile / non-fragile) some products will be shipped separately and have different arrival times.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- * UK & EU Orders: £75 shipping fee
- * Worldwide Orders: £175 shipping fee
Processing Time: 1-2 business days
Delivery Time: 5 business days for non bespoke items. 2 - 4 weeks for bespoke enclosures.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur. The times provided are estimates, and depending on product availability, your order may arrive earlier than expected.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please be aware that Golf Butler is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or tariffs applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Golf Butler is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and the damaged items for the claim process.
